Το σώμα κριτών του International Taste & Quality Institute - iTQi - είναι μοναδικό γιατί επιλέχτηκαν από τους μεγαλύτερους οργανισμούς αρχιμαγείρων, την "Association de la Sommellerie Internationale" (διεθνής ένωση γευσιγνωστών) και άλλους ειδικούς σε ποτά με τους οποίους διαθέτουμε αποκλειστικότητα.

 

Οι δοκιμαστές μας, επιλεγμένοι προσεκτικά από αυτές τις οργανώσεις και το iTQi, έχουν εξασκηθεί για χρόνια   στην αναγνώριση γεύσεων όλου του κόσμου. Πολλοί από αυτούς έχουν εξάλλου δουλέψει σε διάφορες χώρες στην Ευρώπη, αλλά και σε μακρινούς τόπους όπως την Ιαπωνία, την Κίνα, την Ταϊλάνδη ή την Νότια, Βόρια και Κεντρική Αμερική. Ως εκ τούτου, είναι πάντα γεμάτοι πάθος και ενθουσιασμό για καινούργιες γεύσεις και προϊόντα, ανεξάρτητα από την προέλευσή τους.

 

Οι κριτές επιλέγονται για:

• την πείρα τους σε σώματα κριτών τροφίμων και ποτών
• την αναγνώριση του ταλέντου τους από οδηγούς όπως τον Michelin ή τον Gault Millau
• την εμπειρογνωμοσύνη τους σε θέματα τροφίμων και ποτών.
• την ικανότητα τους να περιγράψουν γευστικά χαρακτηριστικά των προϊόντων που δοκιμάζουν
• την φυσική τους ικανότητα, αποτέλεσμα της ειδίκευσης τους, να προτείνουν πιθανές βελτιώσεις μετά από οργανοληπτική ανάλυση των προϊόντων,

 

 

Οι πληροφορίες που παρέχει το iTQi, αναζητούνται από της εταιρίες που λαμβάνουν μέρος στο Βραβείο Ανώτερης Γεύσης γιατί τους επιτρέπουν να αναλύσουν λεπτομερώς τα αποτελέσματα των οργανοληπτικών εξετάσεων των προϊόντων τους.

 

Τα διαγράμματα και οι εκθέσεις των αποτελεσμάτων των οργανοληπτικών αναλύσεων είναι πολύτιμα εργαλεία για τους υπεύθυνους ανάπτυξης και ποιότητας που συχνά ψάχνουν ανεξάρτητες γνώμες ειδικών σχετικά με τα προϊόντα τους.

Τέλος, οι πληροφορίες αυτές χρησιμοποιούνται από υπεύθυνους Μάρκετινγκ στης διαπραγματεύσεις τους.

 

Για να βελτιστοποιηθεί η αντικειμενικότητα των αξιολογήσεων, το iTQi οργανώνει της δοκιμές του:

• μηδενίζοντας κάθε επικοινωνία ανάμεσα στους κριτές
• παρουσιάζοντας τα προϊόντα τελείως ανώνυμα
• συγκροτώντας ομάδες κριτών σημαντικού μεγέθους

 

Το iTQi είναι ο διεθνής οργανισμός που συγκεντρώνει τον μεγαλύτερο αριθμό αυθεντικών ειδικών γεύσης, μία επιλογή που έχει σήμερα ως αποτέλεσμα να συντελέσει την φήμη του Superior Taste Award (Βραβείου Ανώτερης Γεύσης) σε όλον τον κόσμο.

 

Για να διατηρήσει την διαφάνειά του, το iTQi επιτρέπει στης εταιρίες που το ζητήσουν, να παρακολουθήσουν στης συνεδρίες κατά της οποίες κρίνονται τα προϊόντα.
