我們在通過合作單位挑選作為評委的首席廚師與品酒大師時，力求精選最傑出的、有豐富的國際化品鑒經驗的專業人士。他們中的絕大多數擁有在歐洲以外的其他國家和地區進行餐飲領域專業工作的經驗，如美國、中國、日本、泰國、阿根廷、墨西哥等。

 

我們對於評鑒委員的挑選不單是依據他們的品鑒技能，同時也很注重他們對不同的產品感官特點進行專業描述並訴諸筆頭撰寫評價意見的能力。這些專業描述和評語將幫助生產廠商瞭解體會評鑒的基準並從中獲得可貴的改良建議。評鑒報告尤其受到了那些尋求獨立、專業的反饋意見之品管經理們的首肯。

 

為使評鑒的主觀性降到盡可能低的水平，參評產品將由不同國籍的評委們組成的大型評鑒委員會來進行品鑒。
